Thank god we are creatures who can be so easily influenced. We have allowed ourselves to be influenced to learn and walk like human beings.
If you allow your team to influence you, you will be surprised as to how much they will make you a better leader for your own business. In the same way, in a healthy family ecosystem, the grandchild evolves the parent just as much as the grandparents evolve the child.
