“Influence” is often thought of as a sleazy act and has a negative connotation attached to it.
When someone says they don’t want to Influence people it comes from the assumption that they don’t already Influence. But the truth is whether they like it or not, they Influence people.
Once you realize that Influence is not a choice but a responsibility, you maneuver the situation and do good for People by choice. Otherwise you are doing something not knowing what is going to be the consequence.
