EIT Case Study: In March 2019, we did a program Close the Deal like a Pro where Antano & Harini along with the EIT Specialists in-the-making did very precise and targeted Excellence Installations for 300 individuals to close game-changing deals for their lives and businesses. These EIT Specialists, who hadn’t even completed their EIT Education yet, first did one-on-one consultations for the participants from diverse industries and walks of life. It turned out that 48% of the individuals were having emotional challenges and 87% had limiting beliefs and behaviours. And EIT Specialists along with change agents did targeted Installations to help them get over their limiting emotions and beliefs permanently!

Also 34% of these individuals, for the first time in many years/decades, realised in the consultations with EIT Specialists that they were in the wrong job or business. And this realisation, along with targeted Excellence Installations done by Antano & Harini, resulted in these individuals quitting their job and getting a better job at a much higher salary in the coming months. 

What's equally fascinating is that several of these EIT Specialists launched EIT businesses in months to come. For example, Chandrika, one of the EIT Specialists, launched an EIT business in Education as she transforms schools in their results and performance. She recently helped a school increase its average percentage by 10% within just 2 months. She also helped hundreds of girls having menstrual challenges get over those challenges, easily and naturally. As she creates such groundbreaking results, we believe that she is creating a potentially billion-dollar niche in Education. 

In EIT, Ecosystems Engineering is the ability to look at an individual in relation to a dynamic, ever changing ecosystem and then arriving at transformations in the individual and/or ecosystem that will lead to massive evolution of both the person and the ecosystem.

And with this capability, an EIT Specialist is equipped to transform families (including their own) as well as drive transformation in people & culture of organisations. 

EIT Case Study: Prior to meeting Antano, Suzy was diagnosed with schizophrenia and she was given a series of medication. The trouble was that the medication she had been taking stopped having its effect after every couple of months.

In the first 5 minutes of conversation with Suzy’s mother, Antano insisted that he wants to see the entire family including the father and the son. Upon meeting Suzy’s elder brother, Antano found out that he was a drunkard and he used to beat the sister up and the living conditions in the house were a mess. And she had developed hallucinations as a way to escape the harsh reality. 

When Antano asked the parents, “Why can’t you stop him?”, it turned out that when the father had a terrible fear of loud noises because when he was a child, his father would scream loudly and beat him up. And when his son would shout loudly, it would trigger the same response in him and he would start shivering. 

So Antano started working on the entire family with Installations. He got leverage with the son to get him to want to change and stop beating his sister. And he did installations for the son to break those patterns. He worked with the father to get over the fear of loud noises. He worked with the mother to have a stronger and authoritative voice. And then Antano helped the girl overcome the hallucinations and schizophrenic behaviours too. 

The family immediately transformed. And today, Suzy is in Dubai, she is happily married, she has a child, she never needed medication again and she never had hallucinations ever again.

We use the word ‘Installation’ for the lack of a better word to describe a specific phenomenon – the phenomenon where people can learn new habits in minutes as if they have been doing it all their life, in which the transition is so natural that it feels like they have always been doing it.

Let’s look at a case of One Person Pursuing her EIT Education and what possibilities the skills of Installations opened up for her.

EIT Case Study: Jessica is an EIT Specialist who is taking EIT to the space of training, consulting and coaching. As she added a whole new layer of Excellence Installations to her trainings, she found herself getting unheard-of results that instantly set her apart and allowed her to accomplish 10x growth in her training and coaching business. Here are just some of the results she had produced even before she even completed her EIT Education: 

1. 1. Helping a man who had a brain stroke 5 years ago and had his left hand and left leg paralysed ever since. He was dependent on his family for everything. When Jessica met him, she diagnosed that his physical condition was also psychosomatic and his relationship challenges at home need to be solved for his physical recovery to happen. Immediately after the Installations session, the man was able to get up from his wheelchair and physically walk with baby steps. With physical exercise of his hands and legs over the next several months, his gait continued to improve and today he is independently able to walk. Recently, he went on a 10 day holiday with his wife and the relationships at home continue to blossom.

3. 2. Helping a family that approached Jessica because they felt like they had lost their 24-year old daughter. The girl had no relationship with the parents or her sibling, she had grown up extremely sad as a child and she would never even open up to anybody to talk about her problems. Despite going to counsellors and psychologists, nothing worked. Immediately after Jessica worked with her for the first session, the mother called Jessica saying that the daughter is completely transformed. It’s for the first time that she had smiled for the first time in decades. And she is now opening up with family and having meaningful conversations. “Thanks for giving us our daughter back.”, exclaimed the parents with gratitude and joy.

5. 3. Helping a man with severe Lung Fibrosis: a baneful condition where lungs of the person deteriorate very quickly. In the MRI report from February 2019 before Jessica started work with him, the affected areas of the lungs looked like a beehive. Jessica has been working with him since June 2019 in 2 hours sessions at intermittent intervals of 3 weeks. And within 4 months in November 2019, the MRI report reflected a significant recovery as certain previously reflected areas now looked like those of normal lungs. Whereas earlier the condition would cause him 30-40 minutes of prolonged coughing and thereby lead to fatigue, the coughing now has significantly reduced. Where he wouldn’t be able to walk more than 15 minutes before Jessica’s interventions, now he is able to walk 30 minutes non-stop.

7. 4. Helping a girl with a severe condition of Eczema. So each day ever since the time of her birth, she would wake up with blood all over her bed because of the bleeding through inflammations across her body and she was on medication for the same. Jessica did very precise Installations for her to get over the condition and within 3 months, when Jessica saw her again, the girl was totally transformed, her face was glowing and there wasn’t any traces of Eczema anymore except an inch of her feet. And all of this, without any medication whatsoever!

And many, many other cases where Jessica has created miraculous results! This is just the case study of ONE person (Jessica) pursuing her EIT Education. We have selected Jessica to showcase the diverse range of challenges that she was able to do across industries. Now each person pursuing their EIT education leverages this technology for the areas, businesses and industries that are of relevance to them.
